Return Policy: 14 Day Return Policy on all orders - Shipping costs to be covered by customer. Product defects other than caging/racks are to be dealt with through manufacturer. Shipping Orders: Currently orders placed for racks/caging/tubs will need to be manually calculated and will be shipped through Greyhound or a Freight company depending on size.
